Terms and Conditions for Online Ordering

Welcome to Los Cabos Seafood Bar. By placing an online order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders placed through our online ordering system are subject to acceptance by Los Cabos Seafood Bar. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to ingredient shortages, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable local taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time the online order is placed. We accept major credit and debit cards as securely processed through our online ordering platform.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Because our dishes are prepared fresh to order, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted and confirmed.

If you need to make an urgent change, please call us immediately at (254) 213-4488. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once food preparation has begun.

4. Pickup Policy

Please arrive at the estimated pickup time provided at checkout.

For quality and food safety reasons, orders not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be discarded, and no refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Los Cabos Seafood Bar handles a variety of ingredients, including seafood, shellfish, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens.

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. Please indicate any severe allergies in the special instructions, but note that consuming our food is at your own risk.

6. Liability

Los Cabos Seafood Bar is not liable for any delays in order fulfillment caused by high volume, technical outages, or circumstances outside of our control.

7. Privacy

Customer data collected during the online ordering process is subject to the privacy policies of our ordering platform provider (Clover).
